Introducing

The ND+ (neuro divergent positive) daily plan

Previously I worked at companies where schedule and tasks were provided for me. Transitioning to work alone from home found me struggling with time management, work-life balance and uneven energy output. I would be super productive one day only to not have any power left the day after – and feel bad about not getting stuff done. Navigating this is still an ongoing learning process for me but I ended up reading a variety of blog posts and forum threads, landing at planning for neuro divergent people. I have now crafted a layout for daily planning that helped me through a heavy mental block and allows me to be more aware of how I'm spending my energy. I hope it will provide for others as well.
